For dads, it would be great if the hotel provided more organized outdoor activities for children, such as treasure hunts or sports tournaments.

The breakfast was great and the staff at restaurant were lovely. The hotel taxis are great, one driver took us on a wonderful tour outside Beirut.

The welcome from the main desk was awful, we arrived before check in but they said they could keep our bags safe until later. When we got back we discovered our bags were still by the front door. Also on arrival there was confusion about a lost credit card, they did not show any concern but were too interested in getting me to sign the receipt, all they cared about was getting their money! They need to learn some manners from the restaurant workers!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Hamra. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and close to all the downtown activities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mike Abbass and Bilal. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a balcony. The daily complimentary water and coffee were a nice touch. The hotel also had great facilities, including a restaurant and a fitness center. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were very convenient.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

i liked the location. the hotel seems either new or renewed but it is cozy and practical at the same time. the outdoor breakfast area in the morning is really nice and i would definitely consider staying there again

the line in the room and internet conncetion got disconnected in the last hour before checkout when i needed to send a few emails. i was informed it was an issue all rooms are facing and will be fixed soon.

The hotel is located in a key area and is easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities provided. The staff are also accommodating and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We particularly liked the breakfast, which offered a variety of choices and was a nice way to start our days.

The housekeeping could have been better, as we had to request towels and other items multiple times. some of the staff members were not as professional as we would have expected, with some of them displaying a lack of courtesy towards guests.

Well organized and pleasant staff and cleanliness of the room was at highest level. I think best value for your money. No issues at all, honestly I enjoyed my stay in Coral Suites Al Hamra Hotel.

The view from the room was breathtaking and me and my partner enjoyed seeing it during our romantic escape. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast which was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city as we were in walking distance of many attractions.

The Coral Suites Hamra is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in the city. I was traveling on both business and leisure with my family. The service was great an the staff very helpful. You can get almost everything within 5 minutes walk. The rooms where comfortable and the service is friendly.

I was not aware of the 10% vat. And I was charged the exchange rate when I paid in usd.

Rooms were very large with many amenities. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was fantastic.

Hotel was newly opened so some issues with staffing in terms of luggage handling, breakfast room service and clearing of tables etc., but the hotel was magnificent enough that it was easy to overlook some of the obvious start up issues.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the downtown and within walking distance to various places. Guests mentioned that it is close to shops and offers easy access to the city. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and clean, with amenities like a kitchenette and bar. The staff has been described as helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs.

Some guests mentioned that the neighborhood where the hotel is located may not have the best view from the rooms, as the buildings around are older and run-down.
